Had just heard about the benefits of magnesium spray and had to search it up on one of my fav Etsy sellers. Sure and behold they did not disappoint. The deionized water was impressive. Been using a week, smells divine, and have been relaxing a little more at bedtime.

Bought this to help with lack of sleeping. I spray under my feet and let air dry before covering with the sheets. Not sure if it has helped me sleep bc I’ve been sick for the past month with sinuses so I’ve been taking NyQuil at night to help with my cough. I had sprayed some on my upper arm for pain and it burned for a little while. I really haven’t had the pain like I used too so that’s good. I recently started to spray it i. my navel at bedtime. Doesn’t burn that. Love the smell
