This salve is luscious with New Zealand Manuca Honey & infused with Wild Prickly Lettuce (Latuca Serriola) and Comfrey, both grown on my organic farm in East Texas. There are many claims about using Prickly Lettuce that you can research online or in many herbal books. However the honey & comfrey alone are healing and anti-bacterial and should be apart of your herbal medicine cabinet. Salve color is often more green than shown in image.

It's the only thing that cures my shin splints. I tried cheaper stuff, but this stuff works the best. A little goes a long way as well.
