I want to begin this review by saying that I have absolutely adored every item I have purchased from this shop - if you're looking for sleep aids, do not skip this shop's magnesium spray or their water piper tincture. I have gotten some of the best sleep of my life since incorporating both of those products into my nighttime routine. However, this product didn't really do anything for me. I'm not sure if I received a faulty item, but the roller ball barely dispenses any product, even after vigorously rolling it back and forth into my hands. The smell is faint, and even with my nose pressed up to my hand I can hardly smell the contents of this oil. Unfortunately a miss for me, but can attest to the greatness of the other products.
