Soapy Oaks all natural toilet brush looks and smells nice. It is a great/useful size (not too long or short), handle is smooth and comfortable to hold, entire product seems solid and designed well (I've only used it once so far). Only thing I would have preferred is that the brush part was protected within the packaging. Some bristles were a bit bent and squished when I opened the very thin package which was just a bag (no product protection from movement). Otherwise, product is working well and I appreciate receiving a receipt in the bag.

Not bad. Feels like a good brush so far! My toilet bowl looked cleaner, too, right away. I had a plastic brush before.
