Dandelions grow wild here at Soapy Oaks Farm in NE Texas and my family has harvested and benefited from teas & tinctures made from this delightful and healthful root. I harvest (dig) the roots in late summer after bloom and seed dispersal when all the nutrients and natural constituents are most active in the roots. I use no pesticides or herbicides on my land, these are 100% organically grown. After harvest, these are carefully washed, dry roasted (choice of raw or roasted) at low temperature, and cut for easy use in a tea bag or tea ball.
2 oz, 4 & 6 oz loose roots in kraft bags choose raw or roasted.

I was always curious about trying this tea so I bought the roasted one and it was absolutely delicious. It has such a nice earthy flavor unlike anything I have tried. I personally enjoyed it without sugar and honey, but it would also be great with a little honey. Will purchase again.
