I'm a poor sleeper, and a lot of sleep supplements give me nightmares, but this one doesn't!! It doesn't Make you sleep, but it Helps you sleep. I don't use it every day, since my body is a pro at getting used to things so they lose their effectiveness, but I take it a couple nights a week, and I notice a difference on those nights.
