It took about two weeks to come in (happy when it finally did). The item has an aroma familiar to a medicated chapstick (slightly sharp note that is also smooth; not minty but similar with a minimal earthy undertone (veviter?)). It stands out to my nose (sensitive senses) so I use it in small patches at a time until it soaks in and the aroma dries up. My cat was also overly intrigued by it each time I pet her so I want to be careful of that too haha. Product is extremely smooth and easy to apply; no tack or greasy feelings. I'm hopeful to influence some stim scarring on my shoulders to heal or turn over eventually. Thank you so much.

I'm using this on a scar on my chin. Really haven't used this long enough to say it works or not. It's an old scar, so I'm sure it's going to take a while to see a difference.

I recently had surgery. The surgical scars are thick and long. I am not sure whether they are decreasing. Petal Smooth is highly moisturizing. It relieves the itchiness of the scars. That is most important to me.
